Making Memories: A Mum & Son on Tour

And we have arrived home.

We were up at 5am to get to Gatwick Airport by 7am, for our 10am flight home. Despite the, slightly, overweight carry on luggage we checked in with no issues.

Our first flight was very comfortable and easy going. Sadly, we couldn’t say the same about our second flight. It left slightly late and was just uncomfortable. While Jacob enjoyed a good 8ish hours of sleep, I tossed and turned and couldn’t sleep. I did manage about 3 hours but it was not fun. We arrived home last night, after 22 hours of continuous travel.

And now to unpack and do the enormous mound of washing. And start dreaming about our next holiday.

Thank you for coming along on our journey. We have had a wonderful time, making amazing memories together.
